Orders

Adding items to a cart and submitting a request is an invitation for us to confirm the order — not a completed sale. Prices, descriptions, and stock may change until we confirm in writing. We may decline a request if an item is unavailable or if we cannot ship to the address given.

Products

Product photos and copy are meant to describe what we sell in good faith. Colors and packaging can vary. Wellness products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Follow label directions.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information. Automated scraping that burdens the shop is not allowed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Spirit Wares LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Some consumer protections under Georgia law cannot be waived.
