Shipping & returns
Shipping
We ship to addresses in the United States. Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 3–7 business days after we confirm the request. You will receive tracking by email once a label is created.
We are a Georgia business operating from Flowery Branch. Delivery times after pickup depend on the carrier and destination. Overnight and freight are not standard — write us if a shipment is time-sensitive.
Returns
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can send a return address and confirm the item. Refunds are issued after we inspect the return, minus outbound shipping when the return is not due to our error.
Damaged goods are replaced or refunded. Photograph the package and the item and email greatspiritwares@gmail.com within seven days of delivery.
Opening a request
Checkout on this site places an order request. We email you to confirm stock, shipping, and payment. Nothing ships until that confirmation is complete.
